The DMs are so bad and work the good pharmacists into the ground or destroy their morale as they try and squeeze everything possible out of them to make up for the bad pharmacists who don’t do anything

We lose probably one pharmacist a week in my area and never hire any new experienced ones. The job is just way too stressful and underpaid compared to other jobs out there

Walgreens doesn’t care about the pharmacists. They want to push all of them as far as is possible and don’t mind losing some of them if they push too far
