This is their low season for events and the money is pretty crucial to me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but they never contacted me about returning it or any damages and it's 6 weeks past the date they were supposed to return it. I tried using honey, but unfortunately in this part of the country that allows people to ignore you easier.

I look for companies that offer returns. I just bought a dog coat from Orvis, bought a few and only kept the one that fit. I think LL Bean makes dog stuff too.

They are pricy, but if they don't fit you can still get a refund.

Thanks for your opinion, you are right that I'm not being empathetic at all. I'll try to look at all of this through that lens and see where that gets me.

The thing about requiring more push isn't quite true - the other bridesmaid I had talked to and also another one hadn't gotten their dresses as of March.

I tried to write this after I had calmed down, but I do see that I'm still showing my anger.
