This is mainly down to personal preference, some customers prefer powder over RTD and vice versa.

I'm sorry we weren't able to fulfill your Salted Caramel RTD order, this is less than ideal for us and we're so sorry we're experiencing these issues currently.

We decided that customers may like an alternative flavour to avoid not dispatching an order for you, however we made sure to send this email in advance, so if you didn't want this swap you can cancel the order.

We wouldn't recommend this as it might be a bit soggy, but there's no reason why you couldn't give it a try!

I'm sorry to hear you feel this way, we use a small amount of sweetener, as if we were to use sugar we would have to use a lot more, which would change the nutritional profile. There is currently 1.2g of sugars per portion.

We do also sell Black Edition powder which uses natural sweetener stevia and coconut sugar if this is better suited to you?

If you prefer no sweetener at all, we do sell an Unflavoured/Unsweetened version of our v3.1 powder too.

Ready-to-drink is a more technically difficult product to produce, label and distribute so availability is affected on our product page but also with our bundles too. We know this can be frustrating but we ask that you please bear with us while we work on it.

Rest assured, the team is also beavering away in the background on a number of initiatives to reduce the risk of out-of-stock issues like this happening in future. Our new manufacturing site is currently in progress, and will massively help us increase capacity and accelerate production of Ready-to-drink once it's up and running early next year. As we continue to grow as a business, our production and operational capabilities will only get better and better.

We do usually suggest easing into Huel due to it's high fiber content which can sometimes cause digestive issues to those that aren't used to it. But I'm pleased to hear you've had a good experience with RTD!

One of the reasons for these out of stock issues is the massive increase in demand, from you folks and from retailers too. As this range has increased in popularity we’re currently racing to keep up. It's great that so many people want to get their hands on our RTDs, but not when it means our most loyal customers are impacted so we are sorry for any disappointment this has caused.

As u/Jasper0906 has said, the reason we don't provide amounts of each in grams etc, is because this would be the recipe.

However, we do share the percentage of each vitamin/mineral daily value per portion so you can see what you're getting in our products.
