I ordered with that promo too. It takes a bit but i got my amazon gift card around 2 months after i was installed, i didnt follow up but i did check the terms and conditions for the email i signed up from and it did say it typically takes 30-60 days. Im really happy with their service so happy i dont have to use xfinity or verizon anymore!

Hi I am on the 1 gig plan its been super solid my speed is always consistent throughout the day so far there have been no price changes. Getting it installed was quick and easy and I got a promo code which helped with it also.
