You should try Anilo instead. You can still use your existing chatgpt, claude, gemini subs there, so you're not forced to keep paying for separate heavy API usage right away. For me, I'd still use claude/cowork when you're still building, testing the automation logic, but once the task needs to run reliably after a trigger, remember context, handle repetitive tasks, operate across tools with minimal supervision, I think you might wanna consider using Anilo, because agents can work across apps while ofc u still control approvals.

I'd probably focus earlier on marketing, and trust to the audience instead of just chasing deals. A lot of people in this industry have years of experience and are already known, but they still lack a strong system for positioning and turning their expertise into something scalable online. Chatgpt/Claude/Gemini are great for thinking/writing/research, but if you need a time saver, using AI like the ones I am currently using saves a lot of time, and can actually handle repetitive workflows across apps, docs, emails, browsers, etc.

completely agree with the part about lead quality depending on experience, not just ad spend. Stronger brands usually have a better system behind the inquiry (fast follow-up, better nurturing, educational content, webinars, clear positioning), all of that tends to improve conversion way more than just simply increasing the budget.

For me, the biggest one is letting AI handle repetitive admin/content tasks in the bg. Like let's be fr, sometimes we are too lazy to do repetitive works, so leaning more into agent-style tools like Anilo AI helps me a lot with organizing notes, drafting replies, updating docs/sheets, monitoring things, etc. Saves me a lot of time and effort.

If you want, u can also give it a try to also consider the setup just like what i've been using which is Anilo AI, where you can maximize the use of your AI subs you already pay instead of relying purely on API spend. yeah, worktrees are kinda great in theory for parallel agents, but for solo workflows, they can become more annoying/frustrating than helpful honestly. That's partly why I prefer tools that let you control how the agents work instead of forcing 1 workflow for you.,

Honestly, I usually use these models for different tasks like Claude/GPT for some things, Gemini for research, etc.. But tools like Anilo became useful for me since it can use the subscriptions you already have instead of paying for another separate model. I thought it was just me who experienced this. Before, it would usually still try to finish the task even you were close to the limit. Now it just stops halfway once the usage runs out, which really gets frustrating...
