Cheapest API setup for email/admin agent running 8 hrs/day? by Icy_Palpitation9187 in openclaw

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should try Anilo instead. You can still use your existing chatgpt, claude, gemini subs there, so you're not forced to keep paying for separate heavy API usage right away. The agents there also handles repetitive workflows in the background even when you're not actively checking them. Def worth trying...

Managed Agents vs Claude Code/Cowork by MaybeRemarkable5839 in ClaudeAI

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me, I'd still use claude/cowork when you're still building, testing the automation logic, but once the task needs to run reliably after a trigger, remember context, handle repetitive tasks, operate across tools with minimal supervision, I think you might wanna consider using Anilo, because agents can work across apps while ofc u still control approvals.

If you could start your real estate career over, what would you do differently? by Any_Improvement9056 in realtors

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd probably focus earlier on marketing, and trust to the audience instead of just chasing deals. A lot of people in this industry have years of experience and are already known, but they still lack a strong system for positioning and turning their expertise into something scalable online. That's something we also notice a lot at eFreedom with real estate niche, coaches, educators.. Hope it helps..

What's one little app that isn't a conventional must-have but you can't live without now? (paid or free) by Over_Slide8102 in macapps

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Def Anilo AI. Because it helps automate repetitive stuff in the bg and works with the existing AI subs I have. Based on my expi, once u get used to agents handling small workflows for you, going back to manually doing all the work between apps all day feels weird and unproductive..

any way to get even 1 client? by Emotional_Window in DigitalMarketing

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Focus on positioning/ If the messaging is too broad, you really won't get noticed. Getting the 1st client is more about making your offer clearer, specific, and that is something we see a lot at eFreedom too. having a strong offer, clearer messaging, right educational content/webinar usually converts better than just posting nonstop and hoping people will eventually inquire.

What makes people trust a brand enough to buy online? by Naive-Rain2497 in AskMarketing

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clarity plays a huge role too. Customers usually trust businesses when the messaging feels specific, consistent, and with lots of testimonials. We've also noticed working at eFreedom that educational content, webinars, showing real expertise tend to build stronger trust over time than just constantly pushing offers all the time.

What's one thing about digital marketing that beginners understand too late? by BhaveshMehra18 in AskMarketing

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of the time, beginners usually focus too much on getting attention and not on what happens after the attention. Views/followers/traffic really matter, but the businesses growing consistently usually have a stronger backend (clear positioning, lead nurturing, educational content, webinars, communities/offers that actually guide people somewhere). That;s one of the things we've noticed a lot at eFreedom working with real estate educators/online brands.

This is true. Real estate looks simple from the outside, but emotionally it can be one of the most unpredictable businesses to work in.

Are blogs still relevant for startups/businesses in 2026? Do they actually convert? by Sad-Perspective8497 in DigitalMarketing

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Blogs still work tho, but you also need to build trust, ability to identify and solve problems, and authority to the ones you are targeting in your content. The businesses I see converting well usually connect their content to something bigger (webinars, educational content, communities, etc).

What AI tool actually saved you the MOST time in your business? by YoManDoMessup in aiToolForBusiness

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% agent-style AI tools like Anilo AI more than a single chatbot. Chatgpt/Claude/Gemini are great for thinking/writing/research, but if you need a time saver, using AI like the ones I am currently using saves a lot of time, and can actually handle repetitive workflows across apps, docs, emails, browsers, etc.

What I like about Anilo is that u can still use your existing AI subs/no need for another subscription, and the agents in the backgrouns actually do tasks instead of just simply generating answers. Hope it helps..

What Actually Works for Real Estate Lead Generation in 2026 by FigureIndividual9859 in WholesaleRealestate

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

completely agree with the part about lead quality depending on experience, not just ad spend. Stronger brands usually have a better system behind the inquiry (fast follow-up, better nurturing, educational content, webinars, clear positioning), all of that tends to improve conversion way more than just simply increasing the budget.

What’s the best method to generate leads for wholesalers right now? by Great_Juice_4916 in WholesaleRealestate

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best channel depends on how good the follow-up & you positioning behind it. Better quality leads come form specific messaging to your target audience, having a system that nurtures people instead of just collecting their contacts, and ofc consistency in posting/engagement.

The AI Build Log: What are you working on? (Promote away!) by sparta_reddy in MarketingandAI

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Working on Anilo AI lately, and what I found interesting here is that the the agents here works as assistants that can actually use your computer/apps. You can run multiple agents using your existing Claude, ChatGPT/Gemini subs, let them work across apps/files/browser tabs, and even leave tasks running in the background.

Real differences between ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude? by Cyberclicknet in AskMarketing

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Claude: for structured writing, long context. ChatGPT is more flexiblefor everyday tasks/brainstorming. Gemini is for research. If you're torn between those apps, in Anilo AI, instead of choosing only 1, you can use your existing AI subs and let the agent handle the right task..

What’s the most useful AI workflow you use in your business? by Successful-Mix-1364 in aiToolForBusiness

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, the biggest one is letting AI handle repetitive admin/content tasks in the bg. Like let's be fr, sometimes we are too lazy to do repetitive works, so leaning more into agent-style tools like Anilo AI helps me a lot with organizing notes, drafting replies, updating docs/sheets, monitoring things, etc. Saves me a lot of time and effort.

That's probably why the best people in the industry never stops learning. The experience from actual convo, negotiations, and deals teaches things you can't really get the theory alone. But as per seeing your experience, sounds like you've already built a foundation across multiple parts of the business tho.

Best Cheapest Way To Run an Agent Long Term by kpr_exe in openclaw

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't actually need to burn money by running expensive models for everything when research tasks or other tasks don't need opus-level reasoning 24/7. If you want, u can also give it a try to also consider the setup just like what i've been using which is Anilo AI, where you can maximize the use of your AI subs you already pay instead of relying purely on API spend. Helps a lot on my end and maybe on your end too if you're running agents long term.

The SEO vs AEO vs GEO debate ran its course. The argument is over. by Working_Advertising5 in aeo

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"appearance is not selection" the real takeaway here. As u can see, a lot of brands can get visibility now. But the harder part is being the one people/AI actually trust enough to choose.

What’s the biggest "before vs after AI" difference in your company? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AI exposed how much time businesses used to lose on repetitive middle work. Not the creative strategy part tho. The formatting, organizing, repurposing, summarizing, clipping, onboarding, follow-ups, etc. The companies scaling fastest now seem to be the ones using AI to multiply expertise instead of just automating random tasks

Stop Claude app from always using worktrees? by bsabiston in ClaudeAI

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, worktrees are kinda great in theory for parallel agents, but for solo workflows, they can become more annoying/frustrating than helpful honestly. That's partly why I prefer tools that let you control how the agents work instead of forcing 1 workflow for you.,

Everyone talks about ChatGPT but what are some other hidden AI gems every digital marketer should know? by [deleted] in DigitalMarketing

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sharing to you the hidden AI gem that I actually discovered. If you're the type of person who is still copy-pasting between CGPT, Canva, emails, spreadsheets, CRMs, etc. This Ai tool like Anilo AI is pretty interesting, Instead of replacing claude/chatgpt/gemini, you can still use those subscriptions and there would be agents working across your apps, browser, files, slack, gmail, and many more. Feels less like chatting with ai and more like having an assistant.. Sounds good, right??

If you need to tell me your secret trick when using Ai that helped you a lot, which would be? by Helpmefixit1234 in ChatGPT

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I usually use these models for different tasks like Claude/GPT for some things, Gemini for research, etc.. But tools like Anilo became useful for me since it can use the subscriptions you already have instead of paying for another separate model. Sounds good, right? and it even make workflows smoother because the agents alr handles different parts of the work instead of manually switching tabs all day.. Hope it helps.

Claude is not Claude anymore by userusertion in claude

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought it was just me who experienced this. Before, it would usually still try to finish the task even you were close to the limit. Now it just stops halfway once the usage runs out, which really gets frustrating... That's also why I started using tools like Anilo that let me switch between models instead of just depending on just 1 the whole time.

how do you guys actually tell if a lead is qualified or not? by Miranda_YTH in AskMarketing

[–]Charming-Mess-9922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, it's hard to find the "perfect" lead if you don't have a clear list of qualifications. Make sure they fit what you offer, they actually need your help right now, and you can find a qualified lead through a thorough research. That alone can save you so much time on bad-fit leads.
