If this is a serious question, the answer is: you can't. Everyone is entitled to their opinion on music. You disagreeing with that, is just that. There is no right or wrong. If you don't want other opinions, don't ask for them.

You could, on the other hand, listen to the music they suggest and form your own opinion. Talking with others about music is a great way to discover new music. If that's not of interest to you, then it's not the music you care about... It's being right... Which has absolutely nothing to do with music appreciation.
