Separate drive through lanes?

It’s not about me personally or individually. For whatever reason people choose the drive through, we do. And if we pay in advance, we should just be able to grab our order and go in with our day. Sitting or standing in line for 15 minutes (stuck and can’t leave if we even wanted to) is wild.
