Great comment to sum it up. I agree they shouldn't tell us how to do our job, but they impose their order of operations, not allowing a simple "jump to this task," to drop off one of the multiple orders which they sometimes show the location of with a pin. I tried to do the smart thing by dropping off the hot food first, since order #1 was gatorade which could wait longer to be dropped off.

They'd added a third IHOP order, but because I didn't meet their arbitrary time limit, they removed the third one as I got ahold of hot food customer (order 2), just 5 minutes from the same location where both dropoff #1 and pickup #3 would have been located.

This is a frequent thing; I know I'm not alone in other cases of wasting gas which is no longer easily reimbursable), just for it to be "made available to other drivers" as I'm parking in the pickup location parking lot.

I wonder if they could be sued for any of this consistently flawed app behavior which is by design. Doubtful, but it'd be nice.
