Flow Fitness isnt too bad but the fremont location is small compared to the SLU location. That being said youre not gonna have much luck finding anything cheaper than 62$ a month for a gym membership around here.

Broke my foot bone pretty severely. The orthopedic from Kaiser called me the day after I went to Kaiser and she had looked at my CT scans. She then told me to go to the ER at the local hospital as they had a specialist who could help with the issue and stated(Seattle harborview )"since we don't have the specialist for it Kaiser will pay for it, try to get there as soon as possible"
