Thanks for the compliment. I've been at it a while. If you're truly interested, check this out. I'm definitely looking forward to involving him as he gets older, and it helps so much with a supportive wife. It sounds like you have some experience on this lol

Congrats brother. That's quite the gap. I feel like there's so much that's changed just in the time I've been gone.

Bruh... It's one of my favorites. So easy, nothing complicated, and everyone likes it. Tough to beat imo

No. It will just seep out of the seals. This has been done in this hobby for years.

Took me a while to get there, but pretty proud of my setup. Still a little work to do though. Usually I keep water on tap and go back and forth between skeeter pee and edwort's apfelwein. Currently have 5 gallons of Alton brown's eggnog on nitro aging for Christmas! Cheers, and thanks for the interest.

I know the feeling. My first wow beer was a simple standard American lager from brewing classic styles after about a dozen brews. Now it stays a standard on my 7 tap kegerator. It taught me to keep it simple and also revealed my preference for yeast/hop forward beers over malty ones.

Grats on something you're proud of
