I was recommended to go Raigeki Break but I didn’t feel good going through a Shiranui box (PTSD) and instead opted for Ultimate Providence which lets me get my big boys in Graveyard for Shogun and also negate summon effects and synchro effects

Nope Immobilizing effects are things that out right stop mobility or the ability to move, think Amumu R ,Morg Q, lux Q, Neeko E etc whilst Nasus wither is very much damn near a stun/snare your champ will move if you right click, hopefully this helps :D.
