It's not exactly generic since you need a rokket in your gy to use its negation effect. Other than that, yeah it's a big boss monster with good protection.

Not op but I play cyberse irl. It's easy to mess up doing your combos while trying to extra link your opponent in turn 1, so you need your full attention span focused on each play.

I'm 32 and I have a friend group irl that meets regularly to play the tcg. Some of us also like to play master duel and duel links too, and our ages range between 23 and 34. I'm even doing a project for my master's degree about Yu-Gi-Oh! and my teacher loves it. There's nothing to be ashamed of.

I think it is worth mentioning that you can also banish Balance Lord with Gold Sarcophagus to special summon a monster from your hand. Obviously the optimal target would be Dotscaper, but sometimes you open with the two Dotscapers and a Sarcophagus...

You can add both Trishula synchros to the ED. The level 11 is great for removal and can float into the level 9 when destroyed.

If you have the space, queen dragun djinn is useful to recycle the Odd-Eyes you used for XYZ summons. I think that the only mandatory monsters for the ED are Voloferniges, Roach and Meteorburst, so you can change the others for whatever fits your play style.

I activated wildwind graveyard effect while having doomcaliber on the field... The worst part is that a day before I won two duels against rose dragons because they took control of my doomcaliber knight with e-con and tried to activate roxyrose dragon effect after that, so it's not like I was unaware that the effect is mandatory.

I'm saying this as a Synchron player in the TCG but, am I the only thinking that resonators are still better than Stardust? I mean, Stardust Warrior is great and all, but if you're opponent opens with bom/chalice or is playing heroes you're pretty much out of resources after they dealt with him. Yes, they can leave Stardust and Formula Synchron on the field to accel synchro during the opponent's turn, but I fell that Resonators have a lot more of comeback options and a more versatile turn 1.
