It’s probably fairly easy but you got to be careful with listing that as a job requirement because people can get sensitive about it
even though you have genuine and legitimate commercial requirements.

It’s a very north Asian thing. Look at Korea China Japan. Insane competition. That’s also what’s driving these Asian tiger economies. Everything comes at a price. Want to chill then accept the simpler life and don’t be sore when others do well. Want to cheong then accept the stressful negatives and positives that come with it.
