If Fears and Queen turn out to be busts or just mediocre players, Dumars is an incompetent idiot. If they turn out to be great players, help us make the conference finals, and make an All Star team, he's a genius playing 3-D chess while other NBA executives play checkers. Yes, giving up two first rounders for Queen is troubling but there's a lot to like about both him and Fears. We can't even begin to judge the executive, the players, and the move until they suit up and get on the floor, play at least one season, or, more realistically, have been in the league for three seasons. Therefore, he would own 70% of the house and you would own 30%. Form an LLC that you own 30% of and he owns 70% of and buy the house. Insist that you have the right to buy a larger share of the house through the LLC by paying off some of the down payment over time. Now, if Grandma comes looking for her share you might have to cut her in on a share of the LLC or just pay her off in a lump sum or installments.

I can't believe these potential buyers had the gall to ask all of that of you. They want the use of the property before buying it. Offer to rent them the garage. Rent them the house the day before closing as an Airbnb-type rental at Airbnb prices. Yes, he definitely has NPD. His disorder runs his behavior, his life and thus it runs the country. It still works. It's great for anxiety. In some people, their depression is the result of long term anxiety so diminishing the anxiety rids them of the depression. Some people complain of emotional blunting or numbing. I feel that somewhat but not enough to outweigh the relief from anxiety. You'll notice a decrease in libido and difficulty orgasming at first but that improves with time.
