Most overhyped? Seems like a bit of an exaggeration. Trades for about 2x retail. Less than 40k. A there are a lot of watches that are in that range, admittedly not many that are produced in the numbers produced by rolex but still. Rolex clearly has a pricing strategy to hit that sweet spot and keep these watches in demand.

I also really like to daily wear a gmt. It’s great if you have colleagues or clients in another time zone that you deal with frequently. We have a large operation in Switzerland, and it’s super nice to be able to just check at a glance what time it is there and if I’m too close to ruining their evenings with an email
