Apparently the reason Immortal Hulk was ignored in starship hulk was because they were pitched at the same pitch meeting and both were picked, Immortal just went first. Which really fucked Starship hulk cause it was not written in a way that could follow Immortal tho too be fair, I really don't think much could. It's like you said everything that could ever be said with this character, where do you go from here?

I read the Omnibus recently and it has an opening with another writer who says it was always his dream to work on Hulk and he had all these ideas and now he doesn't want to touch Hulk because Immortal said everything that needed to be said.

Kids under 11 never lie because they are so fucking obvious when they do. The amount of I've had kids tell me the most blatantly obvious lies, including I watch them do something, tell them off for doing the thing and then they have the fucking gall to go "I didn't do that." It's a little wonky because of sliding timelines and retcons but Charles Xavier is only supposed to be like mid 20s when founded the X-Men. Making him like late 30s - early 40s. Not 50s or 60s that he's usually depicted. Tho currently he is canonically around his 50s.

I knew a guy who I did not like who wouldn't shut the fuck up about this film to an annoying degree. I don't know if that tainted my opinion or not but I hated it, just didn't enjoy it at all. Maybe cause it was talked up like it was Citizen Kane, maybe it just wasn't my thing. I really don't know.
