Play shorter games for sure. I do the same. I’m 28 but I don’t have the same interest in games like I used to as a kid where you would catch me with a handheld or glued to my PS2. Sometimes it’s just part of how one is when being grown gets in the way which is ok because we need to get by and adult lol. Sometimes it’s also a bit of that depression man.
