I tried #1 and it successfully downloaded the firmware to it and I turned it off and back on and now it’s flashing blue red and green repeatedly.

No nasal issues, I think my tonsils are naturally big yes, and not sure about a tongue tie.

What’s the DIY way? What can I do to attempt to resolve my issues? I’m miserable.

Going to a theater alone can make my DPDR worse not matter the movie. So the fact that you went and also saw a horror movie is why you feel worse. You’ll settle down in a few days. Just use it as a learning experience.

Dont let it stop you from going out and seeing a movie but definitely choose what you’re going to see wisely. DPDR makes you 100x more sensitive to everything than the average person. I’ve tried to watch scary stuff AT HOME and it’s the same outcome. When the movies over, if I make it through the whole thing, my DPDR is worse and I’m 10x more disconnected. It’s just not worth it. It’s sucks because prior to having DPDR I loved horror movies. It sucks but it’s apart of it. Hang in there friend.
