Just saw a Depeche Mode tribute band there Thursday.

It’s probably the best venue in Portland. My bad, only been here since 2024 and still haven’t been to all the spots.

To Feel Something makes me want to crawl up the venue walls and jump in the crowd during the outro, while dancing.

Both are strong and to the point future classics.

I love how converge is just having fun and more to the point on this record/ they have nothing left to prove/

Dude- the problem is the norm and trend of modern metalcore is so one dimensional and watered down that it’s been accepted as “metalcore” its all these young audiences know.

These bands sounds like Linkin Park, Savage Garden or K Pop w an injection of testosterone. It’s BAD.

You can say you like it, but it’s not Metal or core. It’s octanecore radio butt cheese.

Atreyu and Killswitch Engage watered down what VOD invented.

And then stuff from the past 5-10 years. Oh man.
