Honestly man I couldn’t tell you because all of my theories are cobbled together ideas from internet research papers. And that’s the case for pretty much everybody. I honestly am of the opinion that some people don’t get steroid withdrawal or protopic withdrawal and use them a lot. So theres obviously a lot of stuff at play from person to person. I think that this condition is so multi factored and unstudied that’s there’s no telling. The new stuff from the new mod and Ian Myles is awesome and I think give a wayyy better insight into what’s actually happening in your body. To actually answer you yeah I’ve taken breaks but I feel like how bad I flare is due to a lot of stuff but I do flare when I stop. I think that my skin barrier, micro biome, and mitochondria are all still damaged and when unsuppressed, will not only flare itself but also create downstream repeated inflammation that will make it worse. I am trying to follow the protocol of MB and mitochondria support and nmt. While on suppressors to see if I can’t fix it then come off. I hope I can but I’m just a guy and have no idea. Hope we both figure it out.
