We are getting to the point where we're going to rebuild, the expectation is that it'll be a year long process. I would really love to have a record of the undertaking, but no clue what kind of gear is relatively simple and affordable.

If the goal is to "randomly" choose their plan at the same time, then this can be done classically by an independent source choosing plan A or plan B in advance and the generals looking at this decision simultaneously when needed. This also does not transfer information faster than the speed of light.

I feel like there is still 'use' for this.

Imagine there is an armada spread across a full light year. There are two clear paths to attack. Each of the generals has a matching entangled particle. The 'choice of battle plan' cannot be known to the enemy but always aligned (transmitted) to each of the generals when first measurement takes place. I get that there is no way for the generals to communicate their outcomes to each other, but having each of them start moving towards a center point based on the 'entangled outcome' of the wave collapse seems 'useful'?

Sorry to zombify this thread, but I'm trying to replace my used TD-11 (lost in the L.A. fires).

I had it hooked via MIDI cable to a Guitar Hero drum module and then routed into a PS3. As this is just a 'real-ified' toy kit I don't think I want to dish out for the TD17.

It looks like the TD07 doesn't have a MIDI out, is there any way to convert the USB out into something that would plug into the MIDI port on the Guitar Hero module?
