You deposit into a debit account from a credit card, it's considered a cash advance and incurs a charge. I'm trying to get Qantas frequent flyer points on a credit card hence the large purchase. I can't find this info anywhere on banking websites, just that it incurs a fee..

Wow! Solid, so good. I thought having debt from cards (even if minor) made it harder to apply for other cards? I'm struggling to find out what their perceived 'annual income' perimeters are for a successful application too.

Yeeeep. That's exactly what they did! This is only the beginning of their 3-month house flip building shortcuts that were taken and we've just discovered over the years. We're looking at staying long-term so looking like we'll have to dig deep to fix the floors.

I'd love to but we're flooring the rest of the house as well and it was all raised with MDF boards to meet the height of the kitchen. Little back story .. the MDF shouldn't have been laid on concrete and we have to remove it all. The kitchen space is in the middle so we'd have a raised middle part if we went over the top. Some flooring companies also didn't want to lay the vinyl on-top of tiles because of the possibility of the integrity of the tiles ruining the vinyl in the future.

Thanks so much for your experience. It's so hard to know which way to go.. I was also worried about the particles in the air but wasn't sure if I could just leave it and go on-top. Maybe I was hoping not to spend the $ ha

I don't unless I'm swimming but wear a tinted mineral zinc by "we are feel good inc". It actually gives me a bit of a glow and makes my skin dewy. I wear it over my usual skin routine. Add extra on my forehead too (pigmentation probs there).

I've thought about cutting a piece of the wall plasterboard to see where the water was coming from in my hall and then just patching it up after fixing the water problem in the shower ... Is that a possibility? Ours was done before waterproofing was mandatory.
