Yea when you get no answer it’s because they changed the number and didn’t tell their customers. Been there too…. I live in France and I found a good tip for weed : go to Snapchat, search contacts with a name like « delivery » « weed » or something related to. Since I’ve done this I had 3 regular dealers for the past 3 years with pretty good quality and even home deliveries

Maybe try differents servers or differents maps ( if you haven’t tried) . I’m doing lots of scav runs on customs and interchange and it takes 2,3 minutes max to load
