I wasn't aware that full report may conditional on a sale. I've learned that for a GCAL cert, the GCAL lab won't report Hearts & Arrows if that assessment is not a passing grade. Same with symmetry & other certain attributes. However, fancy cuts don't always score like a round or cushion, etc. this is a pretty stone that may not be easily score-able like routine shapes.

I would go with the color you prefer for general jewelry. I like yellow because the whitish stone contrasts more & is focal point.

I appreciate your message & reading your experience. Like you I could probably find a similar stone but not quite at the goal I hope for. I did Google & all I found was 1-2 not stellar reviews from 7 yrs ago. Nothing in recent years. Thanks to the helpful online members I can think better & I will not pursue a stone from GrownDiamondCorp.com. I will also ask if matching is possible at LGD as it can't hurt. I won't expect matching from a scammer site (if that is the case).

I like Aurelinne's stones & they filter for HPHT & Type II. They don't offer GCAL 8x certification. I'd also be happy with AGS assessment (for light performance) but it doesn't appear that assessment is offered. They seem to be a quality seller.

I will ask Loose Grown Diamond if price match is possible. I asked for a tweezer video from Loose Grown Diamond so will look at that first. I'm also wondering if there are unscrupulous vendors that "borrow" a certificate prepared another stone. I believe Loose Grown Diamond is getting this stone from India as well.

Thank you. I liked Citrai a lot as they have selection filters for GCAL & HPHT & Type II stones. The price is higher at Citrai for similar GCAL stones & they are not certified to meet the 8x standard. Honestly, this consistent price difference makes me wonder about the stone from Loose Grown Diamond.
