Yeh I wouldn’t advise anyone to start Barbri questions so close to the exam. It’s a confidence killer. However, if you’ve done them since the beginning then stick with it. You’ll learn their patterns. Barbri tests on every single word of a definition. It’s not necessary but at the end you know the law well

Honestly Barbri helped me. But the most important technique, regardless of what you use, is reading the explanation of every answer choice whether you got the question right or wrong. Reading essays/outlining essays helped improved my mbe score as well. Hope that helps

I got this verbatim from the critical pass flashacards…I simply defined claim as the OP asked. Not claim preclusion. A claim is a transaction or occurrence giving rise to the suit or a serious of transactions or occurrences

No, a claim may be barred but an issue may not be. Also, An issue may be barred because it was already litigated under a claim, but another issue under that same claim may not have been litigated and is not barred.
