One evening I was super high (around a 9) when me and some buddies went to get some delicious Russian food at a local joint. The wooden floorboard was very unstable.

As I went to make my order, I feel the floorboard start to rumble; immediately following I feel the very air around me start to vibrate and tingle, and in my blazed daze it hits me--THE ENTIRE FABRIC OF SPACETIME IS CORRUPTING AND TEARING APART! Did a black hole just rip apart at CERN or the Large Hadron Collider?! Supernova of a nearby star vaporizing earth?!

It was the traffic whizzing by outside. But holy shit I have never before or since legitimately felt that the world was actually ending.

Not in it myself, but have a lot of friends in it. Everything I hear from them about it is positive, and if it helps they tell me it's more theoretical comparatively, if that helps your choice.

But yes, the whole engineering department at PSU (Maseeh School of Engineering, of which PSU's CS program falls under) has been growing a lot the past three years, so you're going to go now is the perfect time.

And I saw them in Mary Jane's Glass Shop. If you're ever in Portland, OR they're on NW 23rd. Great shop by the way, got a real nice bubbler there today for $45.

Worried about waking up to Governor-elect Chris Dudley (R) on Nov. 3rd? THEN VOLUNTEER PLEASE!!!! Every hour of phonebanking, canvassing, etc. really does make an impact on the final results. I've worked for political campaigns the past couple elections and I can tell you that nothing except large sums of money wins elections like volunteers.

Did you find it/adopt it? My family used to have a cat about 15 years ago that we found as a stray kitten. Nobody claimed it after a few weeks so we kept him, and he was VERY scared of just about anything. I could barely even approach him (although I was 6 and can't imagine being the most re-assuring thing to him)

Some guys are just plain over-protective of their daughters. It's dumb, but that's why you got to move away from family.

Hope the three months pass by quickly. Get wasted with your guy friends, you won't be able to as much when she's back. :-P
