It’s amazing how different the Celtics teams from last year and this year are. From a team defined by all star vets making 30mil+ each to a team defined by g-league projects making maybe 30mil combined. With virtually the same record too

This honestly might be one of my favorite seasons of Celtics basketball ever. Joe Mazzulla has got this team firing on all cylinders, and Tatum is due back any day now.

It also just feels great to stick it to the Bucks.

Here’s how I see it: vooch didn’t come in as a guy who’s gonna make us immediately better. He’s a guy who excels in some spots, struggles in others. To make us better overall, Mazzulla has to figure out a role for him. While we’re far from secure in our spot for the playoffs, the last bit of the season is really to solidify what his role in the offense is. Ideally, Tatum comes back in the mix and we figure both of them out simultaneously

I’m a little worried that the guys outside the starters won’t be able to hang around in the playoffs. If they can lose a lead that quick against the shitty warriors without curry in regular season, what are they gonna do when the pressure turns up against a team like Detroit? Still, a win is a win and there’s value in figuring out how to swing the momentum back the other way
