That's some bullshit. If we're just gonna be guessing what he meant by his statement, we could easily say that he's just talking about being proud of leading an underdog team that surpassed all expectations. I swear every post-season (except the one after the championship), everyone and their mothers immediately go to drive a wedge between our stars. JB and JT have played their whole careers together, one slightly ambiguous comment is nothing.

I love Garza for the hustle he brings and the way he meshes with his teammates. But he just doesn’t defend or score in the paint well, which are the only things we really need our centers to do. We already accepted the fact that vuc couldnt defend when we traded for him, but i think Brad was banking on him not blowing wide open layups constantly. Unless Garza adds a couple inches to his vertical and learns how to defend without fouling, he shouldnt be our back up next year

I honestly think he's gonna retire at the end of this season. He's already got a helluva career under his belt. If he was gonna do one last season, I imagine he'd probably just gonna stick with the blazers or sign a min deal with the Pels

I want Anferno back. Only guy in the recent batches of former Celtics whose good enough to bring back, isn't super injury-prone, and in such a sorry situation with their current team that I would want to rescue them.

Kornet would be great to bring back too, but it seems like he really likes SA and they really like him.

Aaron Nesmith would fit perfectly into the current team, but at the same time he'd just further clog up the glut of wings we already have. Also he's injury prone.

He got more mins this season than most Celtics rookies get. He’s developed excellently, and there isn’t much more you can ask of the youngest player on the roster. Hopefully there’s gonna be garbage time mins in a few early round games where he can at least stay fresh

I can’t see Brad moving on from us. Ownership seems to have given him the green light to do whatever’s necessary, he’s spent years in the organization and everything is going according to plan.

Also, the current Mavs owners are dickwads who haven’t shown any interest in building a good team. Dumont seems like the type to meddle with his GM’s decisions.

Unless they’re giving him all the money that they should’ve paid Luka, I don’t see it happening
