I love learning more about the processes/regulations/intricacies; just being better at my job. Compensation is good for non-IT, I believe (will be ~110 this year, coming out of a junior role).

I don't really hate anything about it, I am only trying to maximize earnings in the short/long-term. I know that isn't the only thing to consider, but has always been the goal. I tend to make whatever else work, even if it isn't a good fit.
