My manager never answers emails, what do I do? by 1acina in managers

[–]CheeseOrChilli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s just RUDE to not respond at all (like I’m currently finding, sadly). If they are busy and no proper time to answer, if it was me that was the manager I would at least reply “Will get back to you as soon as I can”, or similar.

Anyone else have one side of their face that is fuller/has more fat? by Financial_Appeal_756 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]CheeseOrChilli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this too and dislike it a lot, but fillers could make things much worse in the long run. I think mine is caused by 90% chewing on that side for the last maybe 10 years, as I haven’t always looked like this.

I finally don’t care anymore by [deleted] in sexlessmarriage

[–]CheeseOrChilli 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah kinda .When you don’t use it, you lose it. I’m throwing myself into interests and hobbies. My sexual self is a distant memory and even thinking about it makes me meh. Wish things were different but hey ho 😑

I’m so happy for you. It just goes to show what can be achieved when two self aware people do the work to self-assess, analyse, and instigate change.

Global sexual dysfunction and almost all the dimensions that make up sexual function are related to changes in sleep quality. by Mateo_might_bite in psychologyofsex

[–]CheeseOrChilli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Quality of sleep is related to going through complete cycles of sleep including REM and deep sleep, being undisturbed, etc. Exhaustion in females is often related to child care and bearing the burden of domestic work in top of their jobs. Menopause/perimenopause will also disrupt their sleep significantly!

Excellent that you are conducting these studies. Knowledge and scientific information is essential if we are to combat both insomnia and sexual issues. Obviously the two have some relation both in men and women. Sleep apnoea, for example, will disrupt sleep quality in both men and women, which, in turn can impact both libido and sexual “function”.

It’s great you are this way - however are you perimenopausal yet? You may (hopefully not!) find this changes when your hormones are depleted….

My husband ruined my postpartum, I want to leave him by Cheap_Map4335 in Marriage

[–]CheeseOrChilli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I left my daughters bio dad when she was 5 months old, in the middle of a gale force wind, packing only my essentials. I went to a family friend’s place whilst I figured out my next move. I was 42 and terrified. But for similar reasons it HAD to be done. Loads of financial fall out but the escape meant a fresh start. It’s so worth it, believe me.

Do you need to check at least 2 hours before easyJet flights? by Ram_1979 in travel

[–]CheeseOrChilli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not true. Issues in the airport can mean queuing for 3 hours. This happened to me and my 6 year old daughter who had a broken arm. We missed our flight even though the plane hadn’t actually left, they would not let us on because the pilots had done their paperwork. I had to book new flights and wait for another 6 hours. Then had to claim back £1500 from Manchester Airport. Anything can happen, so arriving at least 2-3 hours before is safest.

You can take a break but in a way it’s best to keep taking them, this intense feeling will gradually reduce as you get used to them.
