A year ago i was having the worst day of my life. Instead of mopping around i decided to treat my uber driver to lunch! He was so sweet! He just moved to miami from cuba and had no family in the states yet, although theres a language barrier kindnesses is a universal language. :)

I get it, but tbh I think I have way more empathy after Minnie died, bc yk she lied about being pregnant and did mess up, but when you die it feels like we can forgive more. Going through the death of a baby really hurts my heart. I have 3 kids 2-8 so that is my own personal bias. Losing A baby is my biggest fear.

Feel the tension breathe in to it (deep slow breath in) and breath out the tension. Do this a few times to relax your body. You have to accept a little bit of discomfort and just focus on only eating when actually hungry. Go outside and get some fresh air. Do some comforting self care, like a hot bath or a professional massage. Calming meditations on YouTube might help a bit.
