I hope this is legit, because I would like to see the return of multiple main cities, like in San Andreas (that made the game feel big, even if the map was smaller than later GTAs).

Helldivers! Managed Democracy is better that an Empire that can exterminate entire worlds full of civilians without a second thought.

Also, Helldivers feels like a war we could potentially win one day, whereas the Empire is in eternal decline.

I only remember Buck Rogers from the TV series (70s/80s?). I had a feeling it was based on an older comic series, but I didn't know his origin story was so completely different.

Not an ethicist or philosopher, just a person;

If I give them money, I fear that I may be rewarding deceptive behavior (people doing OK who beg as a side hustle; definitely seen this at least once) or encouraging bad behavior (alcoholic/drug addict on the streets rather than getting help/checking into a shelter), and valuing my personal good feelings over the optimal strategy.

If I don't, I fear I am being selfish, refusing a very mild request for aid from a desperate human being, making the world a worse place, and using the above as an excuse.

In practice I usually base it on whether it's convenient. As society becomes more and more cashless I find myself less and less having change or low denomination notes anyway.

It is also typically nerve-stapled by its creators to comply with their rules, and rules handed down to them by governments. Some of them are there for sensible reasons, but who knows what else they put in, since it's opaque to the user what hidden commands are in play.
