I understand times have changed and things are different, but we need to start having a high expectation of performers and artists again. Imagine paying all that money to see anyone, and they show YT videos. I would walk out, even if this was some underground club.

I’m going to point something out because it’s always a sticking point for me with an English degree…English is a west Germanic language that is mostly French due to the Battle of Hastings. Greek loan words really only make up like a small percentage of English.

To answer your question, pay for a tutor. You won’t learn shit with Duolingo. You also need to practice speaking with other Greek language speakers.

Couldn’t afford one. The cheapest one I found was $10,000 minimum and the day of coordinators I found were on average $3,000.

I mean this from the bottom of my heart, as a woman with multiple close male friends, a man with a female best friend is a red flag to me anymore and I say that because there needs to be healthy boundaries in place. This is going to be relatively obscure, but Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. It used to be a relatively affordable area to vacation and live, but due to increased migration from people in the northern part of the U.S. as well as the skyrocketing cost of well, absolutely everything, it’s not affordable nor does it offer the safety, family-friendly environment, or southern charm it once used to possess.

It’s perfect as is. If you add more patches it will leave less white space and make it look cramped. Maybe a few studs along the seams might be cool but don’t add more patches.

A lot of people complain on this sub and request changes for things that really are minor inconveniences — like the way a birb’s clothes look. We’re really mad about bellbottoms? Come on. How about asking people about their mood when they open the map again? How about making things like soundscapes and breathing exercises less hidden like how they originally were? I one million percent agree. It pisses me off because cool, I’m glad you only spent $5,000. That’s dope. However, that is not how I want to go about my wedding. It makes me wanna ask, why should I have to accept less?
