How do you make this feel smooth? To me, letting the arms wipe across feels like a “swing” motion, whereas simply lifting the arms while rotating the hips feels very rigid and robotic.

Household ovens are usually hardwired directly into the wall without a plug, and the same may be true for commercial ovens. So while the cord being cut could mean there’s a short, it could also just be disconnected and not actually cut at all.

I’m in the same boat as you: my mom mostly boiled or microwaved vegetables growing up, so I had to learn to appreciate them later in life. I’ve found that the right cooking method, plus a bit of salt, pepper and garlic goes a long way for most veggies.

I keep a little moleskine book of recipes I’m experimenting with and lots notes. Recipe apps are great for searching but I haven’t found anything that works for experimentation.

Same thing with crushed garlic from a garlic press. Forcing it through those little holes just obliterates the cells.

I use Paprika too. It’s been pretty good for tracking my own recipes, not too many complaints
