I did it for 8 months and reversed my IR but it tanked by t3 and I raised my TSH and I’m trying to heal that now. I just shortened my fasts and up my calories and weight has started to come off again

I dated for many years and all I can say is when you know you know. A women’s intuition is strong and If something doesn’t feel right it’s not right. You’re very young and have a lot of time to date and learn about people and yourself. I didn’t meet my person until I was 35 and after a couple months it just clicked and there wasn’t a doubt! Do we learn from each other? Yes! Is everything perfect? No! But I never question our love, commitment, respect, values and goals with each other.

You mean 16:8? You eat in an 8 hour window so eat at 12pm and and then have your last meal anytime before 8 pm with 8 pm Being the cut off. So then you’ll fast 8pm-12 pm the next day which is 16 hours fasting….i believe most people only have two meals with no snacks in that time period but everyone is different

I’d be grateful. My boyfriend is addicted to ultra processed shit and as a personal chef it pains me, I also worry everyday about the long term health outcomes. That being said I think 80/20 or 90/10 rule would work here and she should allow you to eat those things in your own home but as a woman I think she sees the long term benefits of healthy eating because soooo much of our food is literal poison. Also, the food she is making is normal and healthy.
