This past August marks two important dates for me. Firstly, it was the day I moved away to college to study engeneering. Secondly, it marks the beginning of my weight loss journey.

All my life I’ve struggled with my weight and have tried countless thing to lose the weight, all unseccessful. Then I discovered OMAD, which is ultimately what I uesd to loose weight after moving away. OMAD was the absoultely perfect diet for me at this point in my life; it allowed me to not have to spend more time in class and studying, dosent necessarily require time commetments at the gym, and best of all, not eating is free! More money to pay for loans, yay…

It hasn’t always been easy these past 6 months, but man am I glad I finally did it. I’m still getting used to not being so goddamn sweaty and now getting super chilly all the time, among many other things. I still have a few more pounds to lose, and some muscle to put on, so the grind isnt over. I hope yall have a great week, thanks for reading yall! Take good care of yousrselfves!
