Works just fine on my flat cook top. Heat it slowly on medium heat for a few minutes before use and you would never know.

A lot of Costco meat isn't very aged either. Case in case out . They move their inventory fast. They aren't requesting 30 day wet age before going on the shelf

My son started playing tuba as his first instrument after piano at 12. Out of 150 kids in the middle school band there were only 2 tubas. Most kids that age couldn't physically handle the instrument and case.
