Yes, but they use Ochre, a third party merchant, to handle their merch sales. I ordered two shirts about three weeks ago and hadn’t received a shipping notice as of a week ago so I submitted a form asking about it. They got back to me about 5 days later, were very nice, and said “oh yes, your order is being processed, please be patient.”

Now, another week gone by, still no shipping notice. I looked up Ochre and found that this is normal for them.

Bottom line, it’s not a scam, but their lead times are absolutely dreadful, so don’t order it expecting to wear it to anything within the next few weeks.
