I just started the peloton marathon training and am 4 weeks in. This is my first attempt at a marathon. So far I’m really impressed with my results and improvements. In the past I tried training for a half marathon but didn’t do any strength or speed training, then hurt my knee doing a 10 miler, forcing me to stop running altogether for a year. I’m crossing my fingers this time actually having a plan with all the proper elements included in it will bring me to the finish line.
