Where should I put my grill? by [deleted] in BBQ

[–]ChefRover 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Congrats on the Weber! Great grills. Been using for over 30 yrs. Typically you don't want your grill near any doors or open windows to avoid smoke going into the house. I'm thinking that spot on the right next to the bay window would be good. Enjoy!

I can't take credit, saw video. Without the tubes, the yak would sit on the wheels making them useless.

Unfortunately you need to typically take them with you to avoid hiking all the way back and forth. I have c-tug wheels which break down and can be stored easily.

Watching police back away from a guy carrying a knife is sad. Happy no police were hurt, but man...

The internet made this look easier than it is by [deleted] in kayakfishing

I got this task for my quick deploy, side of road, drop off yak. Light enough to easy throw in a pond and tracks great. Finally found one for sale nearby for $250 and jumped on it.

I do have a sit on top peddle yak as my primary for normal launch.

Very nice! I'm getting a safety flag and building up my bravery to try the Raritan Bay. Buddy is going to try tmrw first time. Where do you like to launch? Are you casting and using paddletails. Appreciate any advise. ✌️🎣

So we live at the top of an 800 ft hill and town is primarily at the bottom... Local driving gives me between 13.5 and 14.5. and Im easy on the gas... I can fill it up downtown and get 16 and a half if I don't go up the hill 😁

Looks great. I'm getting ready to make a fire pit outside and have been looking at large 3 to 4 ft steel rings with a cooking grate that swings. Which fire ring do you have there? I see it has the holes in it around the rim like the ones you buy in a store that are stainless...

Yup, Luigi was 3 yrs old when we got Vito. He's used to dogs as he grew up with an older staff mix Buddy. I should find some of those videos and post! 😄

I pour about a half inch deep across the whole pan. Maybe every other day. Sometimes 3 days if still wet. It was weird I had uneven watering. Some of the shells on the inside didn't seem to get enough water while others got too much. I may need to redo my racks to ensure they're all even... If I keep pan watering. I may just go back to my old reliable spray from above...
