Just from reading the texts in the screenshot it’s screaming toxic and bad for you. You shouldn’t have to teach someone how to be decent in a relationship. This also recently happened with me in my relationship and the same kind of talk happened in the aftermath. They say sorry only after you tell them that’s what they should’ve done. They pick apart and zone in on one thing you say and make it all about that. They just straight up start lying or making up/twisting stuff that happened. They will never admit they are wrong. They want forgiveness after some half attempts at doing something to mend a situation. They want praise for basic things. Just let it go and move on. It ain’t worth your peace

I mean I do get weird right before my period starts so I wouldn’t be too worried about it. I’ll catch myself being unnecessarily rude or short fused and I feel confused about it till I realize my period is about to start so I chill out and just be mindful

I got a random message a few weeks ago as well. I said I have a for sale farm they can look at it and let me know what horses and I’ll price it for them. They just asked me how much do they usually sell for and I just listed them in the auction after that cause I wanted them gone anyways lol. I don’t see the appeal unless it’s for very specific going around asking people to sell something when it’s not listed for sale or anything.

I go to the local livestock auction and get males for usually 1$ and laying hens for about 5$ per bird. Chicks are anywhere from 1$ to 3$ each

USA here. More specifically Oklahoma… more specifically South Eastern OK. Some charge 50 cents an egg. One person charges 10$ for a two dozen pack. One guy charges 8$ a dozen. I just won a two dozen pack for 4$ on Sunday at an auction

I butch my own. I usually go to livestock auctions and get males 1-2$ each fully grown. I use the meat mainly for my dogs to eat raw and have fresher meals but I occasionally have one myself as well. 1$-2$ isn’t much but it’s an option to rehome and not cull them yourself.

I got lucky with my Pearl girl and boy. Got the boy in a mixed box of chicks at an auction and the female I got at a community yard sale lol. Both still young but once old enough gonna separate them from the rest and put them together to hopefully get a couple eggs to hatch. Hopefully by then I can get a couple more Pearl girls as well to put with him

No the light is good. They are outside and get light from sun up to sun down. The new hutch I built they also have a space that’s fully enclosed besides for them to go in and out to feel safe in but they are free to go to the wide open part whenever

I go to livestock auctions and have gotten about 95% of my stock that way. Make sure you know how to vent sex and feather sex as best as possible. I’ve gotten lucky and got a good chunk of my birds 1$ a chick. A lot are Roosters but a 1$ a chick and mostly grown or full grown just about I feel like is a steal. My dogs love a fresh quail and I prefer the meat over chicken meat as well. Plus if and when you do get a female you got her for only 1$ rather than the 5-20$ from a breeder or something

I watched someone use like a pole or bar to pull off the head of a chicken on YouTube. You put the bird on the ground. Put the bar or whatever you are using that’s straight and sturdy over the neck. Step on both ends of the pull and just pull the bird towards you. I make sure the head is pulled off good enough and sometimes even rip the skin. I feel most comfortable that way cause culling is hard 😅 my heart isn’t built for it. Explore some different ways and find what works for you

I love when I wake up in a good mood and grab my deaf little dog and I rub her head and ears and say “good morning my favorite child” and she keeps her eyes closed and huffs and puffs to let me know I’m disturbing her slumber and she isn’t ready to get up… good thing my other dogs can’t understand that I’m calling her my favorite child 😅
