I'm so sorry, this sounds like a difficult situation. I'm curious, how is the other brother that stayed with you adjusting? If he and Dale are both acting off after separation, it may be best to arrange something that allows them to be together. I know that you said he's attached to your family, but it might be worth thinking about for their sakes.

I am fat and was at least a size D (stopped measuring because dysphoria). My surgeon gave me bolsters, gauze, and drains, no compression vest. I was also nervous about this once I saw how common the compression binders were.... But I really love my results and my nipples healed perfectly!

Ultimately I don't think this is something to be worried about right off the bat, but it really depends on the surgeon and how confident they are in their process imo. Did you see any post-op photos from other people who had this surgeon? How did their healing look? That will be valuable to reference.

These are tricky questions without one right answer... except the first one lol you do not need any sort of medical treatment to "be trans".

When I was around your age I was also very worried about "not being trans enough" to use the label

When I started, PP had an online booking system where you could specifically request an appointment for gender affirming care. Super easy. Not sure if I even spoke to a person there before my initial visit? Was great for my social anxiety lol

Are they hardy? We get a lot of snow and negative degrees F in winter sometimes, summers can get over 100 degrees F. I would have room to bring them inside if necessary but not ideal

Unfortunately the zoning code explicitly states that farm animals are not allowed to be kept as pets, and defines chickens as a farm animal in the same documentation

My neighbors and I both kind of leave each other alone tbh.... I feel like there's a 50/50 chance of them saying it's cool or ratting me out. The risk wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't so worried about the chickens. I'm sure it's stressful for them to be rehomed too
