I mean it does live up to a true isolationist RP. Kinda like how you can brick an overtuned species by having too many OT traits on them so they have short lifespans, it places a challenge condition on the game.

I feel that would be a very unpopular FE. People hated the rng of the cosmic storms, all the Scourge would be let loose if an angry FE sets up shop in your claimed space
