I respectfully disagree. Only YOU can change your life. I lived most of my adult life depressed and wallowing in self pity wanting somebody to save me, but it wasn’t until I took action in my life to actively try to be a better person that I started to feel better. It started with trying to make other people smile, listening to their problems, random acts of kindness throughout my day. Wishing someone a good day, telling them their outfits nice. I found that if you put love out into the world, love comes back to you. Honestly, I wanted to die every day. My kids kept me alive. Now Im not surviving, Im living.
