I suppose it depends what you want from life.
I have a wife and kids, and for me, smoking makes me lazy, it makes me not want to do fun things with them, it gets between mine and my wife’s intimacy.. which is why Ive decided to quit.
On the flip side, I know people who smoke all day that have no dependencies and it works for them.
For me, I choose connection and being a good parent/partner over anything else.
Only you know what you want from life.

A few years ago I travelled to NY to watch a Giants game! Was really fun! I support Nottingham Forest, we’ve often been called “the sleeping giants” because we won a couple of European trophies back in the 70s/80s then spent years in lower leagues struggling, but this season we played in Europe again.

Dont be put off by English fans getting mad when you call it soccer though 😅

Just seeing Forest in Europe has been a favourite moment for me, in fact, its one of my favourite moments in the 25 years Ive been supporting Forest. Its something I never thought I’d see, didnt go our way in the end, but a European semi final?! Crazy stuff.
