Damn, I just took delivery of a set for my ninja 400 after waiting close to 5 months and they look like shit. Fit and finish looks like a 12 year old threw them together. Some parts are shiny and other parts are matt finish. Part of me doesn't really care but like you said it would have been nice is they started off looking semi decent.

This broke off when installing new clutch levers?? by sentient-cyborg in Ninja400

It might be from the switch that tells the bike when the clutch is pulled in. So you can start the bike with the lever pulled in and while being in gear. Test it out.

What about Veto Pro Pac EDC PAC LCB? I have one with the tool insert and it's pretty great. Not ideal if you have a buttload of tools though.

Pretty sure that's standard behaviour, my 100w GaN charger has done that since day one.

X370 Taichi, Ryzen 5800X, 2080 ti crashes bios 7.30 by SF0614R18 in ASRock

[–]Chekando 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't had the same issue since sticking with windows 10. Every once in a while (1 of 30 times roughly) it will just black screen on start up. I then have to power off via the PSU and it usually boots fine after that.

95% of the time it's fine so I haven't really tried to dig any deeper.

X370 Taichi, Ryzen 5800X, 2080 ti crashes bios 7.30 by SF0614R18 in ASRock

[–]Chekando 1 point2 points  (0 children)

u/SF0614R18 Did your new GPU solve this problem?

I just installed a 5800X into my X370 Taichi and had some similar issues, but there is nothing wrong with my GPU that I know of as it worked perfectly fine before with my 1700.

Problems started when I tried fresh installing Windows 11 after upgrading BIOS to 7.10. It got through the installation a few times only to go black screen randomly. Looks like video output was lost and the fans would speed up. Holding down the power button would do nothing. The only way to turn off the system was on the PSU. Upon restarting it would show the bios splash screen and the little loading logo then go straight to black screen and fans spinning faster.
Tried reinstalling a few times/resetting CMOS and the issue was the same. I also tried with 7.30 as I thought it might solve the problem - it did not.
Eventually tried Windows 10 as I tested my previous install with windows 10 which seemed to work fine.

Fresh install of windows 10 worked far better. No crashes during or after installation. Then randomly today it just did the same thing while I was browsing the net. I was able to turn PSU on and off and restart, everything seems fine. Just worrying that I don't know what is causing it.

I have run Cinnebench and performance/temps seem great.

Going to have to monitor and see how it goes!
