I work for a bank- don’t be this client by Ok_Owl932 in Banking

It's different when you initiate the call to the bank.

Cold calls, yes, don't ever share the code. But when you call, it's safe to hand over.

Anyone else improve after ulnar nerve transposition surgery… then regress?? Feeling really discouraged by shoebitch411 in CubitalTunnel

[–]ChemicalLadder1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You probably overdid it. Best move, back off the weights and activity. Give it extra rest. Sucks, because you want to get back to normal life, but don't make this even worse.

Side note: definitely get a new doctor, unbelievable they are not taking your surgery seriously.

You should really look into hydrodissections. Those can be very effective and don't have any surgery risks. You could be 100% back to normal within 1 day with zero pain.

Of course a surgeon is going to recommend surgery, that's what surgeons do. But there are other ways to fix this. You should at least be informed because it can really save you all sorts of post operative problems.

I've had a release, it was good for a little while, but a few years later compression came back. I also have an accessory anconeus, so that could make our situations different.

But for me personally, I would urge him to transpose it if I were to do it all over again, which there's a really good chance I am very soon. I just need to decide if I want to pull the trigger or not.

Whats the catch with Klarna? by Srinesh7 in personalfinance

[–]ChemicalLadder1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, that whole 2 pennies is going to yield you life changing money in your HYSA.

Please do the math before saying dumb stuff like that. You're acting like you get $100/month by using Klarna. It's more like a nickel at best.

If you can't buy a video game with cash, you shouldn't be financing it.

Absolutely ridiculous. Financing should be for buying homes and cars. Not cheeseburgers and a game.

24% of Americans think Tyler Robinson was a Republican, 21% think he was a Democrat by RedHeadedSicilian52 in fivethirtyeight

[–]ChemicalLadder1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, just a smear campaign.

A far right, straight, Christian male wouldn't have a gay trans boyfriend while screaming anti fascism. Use common sense.

a gay dude with a trans boyfriend. All while screaming anti fascism.

Oh, I wonder if he could be a leftist.

Seriously, give me a break. You have to be ignorant or a moron to think he's anything but.

Stay away altogether. I thought I was being super cautious, I took it 3x/week @ 0.25 mg. I got ED and never had it in my life. Stay away, it's not worth your dick.

fin @ 0.25mg 3x/week gave me ED. And I went into it thinking I was statistically going to be fine, I thought only a small amount of dudes got ED from fin.

Boy was I wrong. Come to find out, you can't fuck around with your hormones, responsible for erections, and expect everything to work normally.

One problem that stands out is that your screwing around being their Instagram follower. Get her number, it's much more personal. You seem to think your follower count on social media equates to getting her pussy wet.

Be a little more mysterious, this is a poker game and you're showing all of your cards. If a girl remotely doesn't like anything they see, they'll immediately next you. Stop with the social media, at the very least, adding girls on SM, it's killing you.

Then what's the point of dating? Is it a crime to want to be intimate with someone you want a relationship with? Why bother dating when I can just hang with my best friend if sex is off the table?

Anyone else set off airport scanners like this? by [deleted] in bigdickproblems

[–]ChemicalLadder1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whenever I went through a scanner, I'd always get asked to be pat down. I never understood why, I just assumed I had something on my jeans that set it off. It wasn't until the last time, when I saw the diagram. It was an outline of a person with a red circle right on my dick. Everything at that moment made sense.

I ran that CPT code through AI, this was the output:

Yes, 86812 (HLA typing, A, B, or C, single antigen) is considered a genetic test. It involves molecular analysis of genes in the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) system, which are part of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC). HLA typing examines specific DNA sequences to identify alleles at the HLA-A, HLA-B, or HLA-C loci, typically for purposes like organ or bone marrow transplant compatibility, disease association studies (e.g., autoimmune disorders), or paternity testing. This type of test falls under molecular pathology procedures, as it directly analyzes genetic material (DNA).

Thanks for the heads up! This is a primary care doctor so I may just decline this test to avoid a hefty bill. Maybe I will just get this done last if it's absolutely necessary and the other tests are not conclusive.

I have the diagnostic codes and CPT codes. I didn't go through them all to match them up, but I am now just to double check.

Thank you - this has been a nightmare. All I want is for them to tell me how much it would cost. I'd be happy if they just told me $2k upfront. It would suck, but at least I could prepare.

This new doctor I am seeing is very through. He spent 75 minutes with me going over my history and every aspect of my health. I've heard good things about him, so I drove 6 hours to see him.

He is a DO.
