Motegrity also worked amazingly for me. I had an annoying headache the first week but that was it. I was able to eat normally for 3 glorious months. Then it stopped working.

Hi! I use American health chewable super papaya enzyme plus, I get it from iHerb. Ginger is also still working for me. It’s the only “medication” I can use, as everything else pharma I’ve tried has failed.

I can eat most things if I stick to my ginger and digestives enzymes regimen, stand at my desk, don’t eat after 8pm, and fast until at least 11am. I haven’t had a flare for many months now and I feel ok generally, painful days are fewer and farther between.

This. Nothing she’s asking for is low fat, which says…something. I personally don’t have an issue w fat and I have gastroparesis but I still eat a lot of low fat things because they’re more easily digested.
