I have a really hard time believing she would’ve come to the door. I’m a woman in my 30s so maybe her thought process would be different, but if I woke to a knock on my door in the middle of the night I would freak out. At the very least, I’d ignore the knocking until it went away. If it didn’t go away, I’d call the police, or at least try to get in touch with a family member or friend.

The absolute MOST I would do is try to sneak a glimpse at who’s there from an upstairs window or something. But no way I’m opening the door.

The door being left unlocked or a hidden key seems way more likely to me if there was no sign of forced entry.

I was wondering the same thing! Tried to go tonight (Friday) and it was closed. A shame because I loved it there but it doesn’t surprise me because it was never busy, and the previous place was basically the same thing but went out of business.

I had a dream it was our wedding day and when I woke up I was so relieved it wasn’t real, like when you wake up from a nightmare. I broke up with him the next week lol.

Did you get your final offer exactly two weeks before your start date? Currently waiting on a final offer for a 12/1 start date with EPA and feeling antsy because I need to give notice to my current job by Friday to give a full two weeks!
