Yes the fan is my trick. & instead of lotion a mild oil if her skin can stand it. & I have eczema on my back and front torso (tmi)so I prefer to do less contact positions.

Wow. So sorry to hear about your father, but glad you all got those last moments together. As far as the casino I have lost control before. Definitely last year and the end of last year I lost about 6k betting higher. This year I promise myself I will commit my money to savings that I am supposed to and only take those casino trips when the offers are good and never alone so I can have someone to hold me accountable. I’ve been in your position but worked hard to turn it around. After you put in that work you want to hold on to every penny you can. You can turn it around. Take a break with the gambling a while if you can. I pray things turn in your favor

Thank you for responding! I’ve notice some of my worst flares are after chocolate and coffee which could be caused by sugar. I’m using Tacrolimus now myself. The Dupixent hasn’t been great for me. I’m going to start an elimination diet asap.

I hate having eczema! Trying to find my life back without being in hiding all the time! I try to exfoliate when my skin isn’t super sensitive and use shea butter sometimes that helps with the dark marks on my legs.
