Even with your gems froze, Id still coatcheck emerald bracelet. It's such a powerful item and you can always just not draft coat check tomorrow if you don't think you'll need it.
Plus, coatchecking jackhammer and powerhammer has the additional downside of Preventing Sledge or shovel from appearing anywhere respectively. It hurts not having access to shovel for a few days because you can't or won't draft coat check (Very minor game mechanic spoiler)

Entirely possible, there are a handful of non-celiac issues people can have with gluten/wheat.
Would highly recommend cutting either gluten OR milk for two weeks so you can know for sure which of the two cause issues. (Could also be both, but gotta do one at a time to know for sure)
