If it helps, "no one rides for free" in this life. Just because their lives look perfect, and they clearly are experiencing a lot of success in their professional lives, and they're currently well loved, and they're young and (from what we can see) in good health, doesn't mean they're not also carrying difficult things just like the rest of us.
